Privacy and data handling
The tool page should tell you what happens before you paste.
DailyITTools uses explicit Local, Network and Hybrid processing labels. This page defines those labels and the data the product is designed never to measure.
Processing labels
- Local
- The core operation runs in the browser and DailyITTools does not intentionally transmit its input.
- Network
- The operation requires a request. Destination and transmitted fields must be disclosed before execution.
- Hybrid
- The core work is local, with a separately disclosed optional network action.
Remote images, fonts or links can contact their hosts when loaded. Active preview surfaces are therefore sanitized and sandboxed, and remote resources are restricted by policy.
Local workspace storage
Favourites, pins, recent tool slugs, consent choice and recipe tool sequences can be stored in this browser. Tool inputs, outputs, filenames and Smart Paste content are excluded. Recipes can be exported as JSON; exports contain tool slugs only, never settings, inputs or outputs.
Clearing site data removes this local workspace. There is no account or cloud sync in the current release.
Measurement boundary
The event interface permits allow-listed event names, tool or workflow slugs, plan intent and surface names after consent. It excludes raw input, output, clipboard content, filenames, tokens, query strings, inspected URLs and Smart Paste content. If you opt in, Google Analytics 4 receives pathname-only page views and those allow-listed events. Google Analytics is not requested before consent, advertising signals remain disabled, and you can withdraw consent here at any time.
Optional product measurement
Google Analytics 4 is available only after you allow it. It receives pathname-only page views and allow-listed product events. Inputs, outputs, query strings, inspected URLs, filenames and clipboard data are excluded by design.
Current choice: not set (off)
Advertising boundary
Advertising is disabled. Future free access may be supported by limited advertising on eligible learning or discovery pages only after consent and publisher approvals. Sensitive tools and all input/output workbenches remain free of third-party advertising. Patron, Pro, Team and Enterprise experiences are ad-free.
Policy status and contact
This is the operational privacy foundation, not the final organisation-specific legal notice. Controller identity, registered address, approved contact channel, retention schedule and subprocessors must be supplied and legally reviewed before public beta.
