Launch draft · legal review required
Terms foundation
This page records the intended product boundaries. It is not a final contract and must not be treated as public launch terms until the operator and legal adviser approve it.
Service scope
DailyITTools provides browser-based utilities, guidance and optional local workspace features. Tool status and limitations form part of the service description.
User responsibility
Users must choose lawful, appropriately redacted inputs, verify high-impact outputs independently and avoid using a tool outside its published scope.
Availability and changes
Experimental and Beta tools may change or be withdrawn. Verified tools may be demoted after a defect, dependency change or recertification failure.
Commercial terms outstanding
Operator identity, governing law, consumer rights, payment timing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, liability, warranties and dispute handling require legal and commercial approval before payments are activated.
